All ticket purchases are final. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Therefore, we offer the following refund options based on the type of event and timing of your request.
– Full Refunds: You may request a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 5 days prior to the event date.
– Partial Refunds: Cancellations made 3 days prior to the event will be eligible for a 60% refund of the ticket price.
– No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 2 days before the event are not eligible for refunds.
In the event that an event is canceled by the organizer, you will be notified via email, and you will receive a full refund of your ticket price, including any processing fees.
If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please contact our support team at edenclicks@gmail.com for assistance with the transfer.

2. Provide your booking reference number and the reason for the cancellation.
